BIO

As a 25-year veteran of the film industry, Scott Martin has worked across all editorial disciplines including; commercials, trailers, shorts, documentaries and features. He has also worked in other related areas including; sound design, scoring, mixing, scriptwriting, casting, animated voice direction, acquisition and production.

The bulk of Scott’s experience comes from his eighteen-year relationship with Bob and Harvey Weinstein built during employment as head of post-production for both Miramax Films and The Weinstein Company. Scott’s responsibilities in this position included the supervision of all films in post-production, reviewing dailies and consulting on editorial content, additional in-house editing, re-shoots, scoring, sound design, mixing, editing foreign film acquisitions for release in the American market place and content creation for featurettes. Scott also acted as a studio representative for creative content.
